Most standard service is completed within five days, with up to three attempts included.
Mobile notary pricing has two parts: the Illinois notarial act fee, set by statute, and a travel/service fee based on where the appointment takes place. You never have to calculate mileage yourself.

Please note: The standard Illinois notarial act fee of $5 per signature is listed separately from the mobile travel/service charge. Additional notarizations, parking, tolls, after-hours service, or special requests may affect the final total. Final pricing is confirmed before the appointment is accepted.

Customers are not responsible for calculating mileage. VBS Consultant determines the appropriate service zone from the service address and confirms the final price before the job is accepted.
