Process Serving
Timely, reliable, court-compliant service of legal documents.
Most service is completed within five days. Rush service is available when you need it sooner.
How Process Serving Works
Step 1: Submit Request
Tell us who needs to be served and provide the documents for delivery. Submit your process service request in just a few minutes using our online form.
Step 2: Select Service Level
Choose Standard Service ($85, up to 3 attempts) or Rush Service (starting at $185) based on your timeline and urgency. A travel/service-zone fee is added separately based on the service address, and we confirm your final price before the job is accepted.
Step 3: Professional Service Attempts
Our process servers make attempts at the address(es) provided, working around the recipient’s schedule to help ensure timely, compliant service.
Step 4: Detailed Updates & Documentation
You’ll receive status updates after each attempt, so you always know where your case stands.
Step 5: Final Proof of Service
Once service is completed, we prepare and deliver a court-ready Affidavit of Service so you can move forward with confidence.
