What areas do you serve?

We serve Chicago and the surrounding counties, including Cook, DuPage, Will, Lake, Kane, and McHenry. Service availability may vary by service type and location. A travel/service-zone fee is based on the distance to your service or appointment address, and we confirm it before your request is accepted. See our Pricing page for the full fee table.

How do I submit documents?

You can securely upload documents when you submit a service request. If you have questions about a specific document, contact us and we’ll help.

How will I receive updates?

We keep clients informed by email and phone as your request progresses, from confirmation through completion.

Do you offer rush service?

Yes. Rush process service is available starting at $185, plus the applicable travel/service-zone fee for the service address. See our Pricing page for details.

How many attempts are included?

Attempt allowances can vary by case. Additional attempts beyond what’s included are billed at $25 each. Contact us for details specific to your request.

Can I upload documents online?

Yes. Our service request form includes a secure document upload option.

Does VBS provide legal advice?

No. VBS Consultant is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or attorney representation. Clients requiring legal advice should consult a licensed attorney.

Can businesses establish recurring service?
